The contract was signed on behalf of the NGO by its Executive Director Patricia Pobrić, and on behalf of DMAD by Dr. Aylin Akkaya. The main aim of the cooperation is to connect young people with the association and its long-term research work in Montenegro through education and field work with scientists. During the activities, young people will also have the opportunity to meet students in the same professions from other countries who both live and carry out research work in our country. The cooperation also aims to support the implementation of the project “Youth for a Clean Adriatic”, which Naša Akcija has been working on since May 2019, and which is supported by Beyond Plastic Med and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. By joining forces, the project aims to ensure a comprehensive approach to education on the problem of plastic and other marine waste pollution, as well as the impact of the pollution on wildlife.

Action cleaning Ribnica

At the invitation of our friends from the Sastavci Beach Bar, a new member of the Culture club family, we organized an action of cleaning the shore at Sastavci as well as the currently dry Ribnica riverbed. In addition to the young volunteer force of the NGO Our action, friends of the Sastavci Beach Bar, members of the Green Home and other citizens also responded. We are all aware of what Ribnica looked like in the winter and when the water receded a lot of waste, especially plastic and other packaging, as well as plastic bags remained in the riverbed. A total of 23- 120 litter bags, remnants of various wooden furniture as well as tires were collected. This activity, as well as all others within which we clean the banks of rivers, lakes and the sea, are part of the project “Youth for a Clean Adriatic” under the auspices of BeMed and the Prince Albert II Foundation of Monaco. Also a big thank you to our hosts Beach Bar Sastavci especially for the snack they prepared for the volunteers.

The “Fast drive could be Last drive” campaign aims to raise awareness of the alarming situation on our roads regarding the devastating number of young people killed or injured in traffic accidents. The campaign focused on young people who wanted to send messages to their peers and create a promotional video with them that would send a message to the public. Join the campaign and post a picture on social media with #Fastdrivelastdrive. More than 12 media channels have already joined to announce our campaign. Be a part of it. We thank all the young people who took part from various organizations, cities, etc., and especially the group Who See for donating the song “Put Pasat”.
