Project “Education and activism for a beautiful city and a better future”
In December 2017, the project “Education and activism for a beautiful city and a better future” was approved. The project was financed through a call by the Municipality of Kotor.
The project is based on the needs of citizens and public administration, with the aim, through concrete activities of education and activism, to come together to a better and more orderly city, with better views on the future, thereby increasing the potential for the city. Work and improvement of the position of youth, and youth policy, will also improve the same goal – the regulation of the city, and hence the positive and optimistic perceptions of the future.
Educational workshops, work on local plans, activism and a review of no other need of citizens, especially young people, will be the focus of this project. The activities will also enable the linking of responsible institutions in order to provide support, information and open dialogue on the topic of environmental protection, protection of the area, communal order and many other aspects whose improvement would have a direct impact on the sustainable development of Kotor.
