On June 9, 2019, NGO Our Action celebrated World Environment Day as well as World Ocean Day with environmental action in Tivat / Herceg Novi Municipality. This action is the third activity in the “Young for a clean Adriatic” project sponsored by Beyond plastic Med and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. The action was joined by young people from the organization “Do not throw bottles” from Herceg Novi and other citizens. 30 volunteers collected 180 bags of waste into 120L bags, mostly plastic bottles, shoes, styrofoam, and other plastic bottles and materials, from one beach only.
